This Library includes meeting room, children’s room, circulation, reading mezzanine, stacks reading area and washrooms.

M&R Engineering was responsible for mechanical design including HVAC and Plumbing; electrical design including Lighting, Power, Communications and Security and energy modeling for geothermal system design and an incentive application.
